There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

About me

Background

 I was born and raised in Surrey, BC. and this is where I still live today with my wife Kristina, and our 3 children: Layton, Kadynce and Hailey. I began my Real Estate career in 2003 after completing the Real Estate course and licensing program through the University of British Columbia. Since then, I have enjoyed many successful years in the business focusing on a high level of service to my clients before, during and after the sale process which has now allowed me to develop my business model to the point where I deal primarily with previous clients or referrals from past clients and other realtors. I believe in an honest and up front approach which allows me to always keep your best interests the first thing on my mind.

I am one of those truly fortunate people who can honestly say that I love my work! 

Area of Expertise

I provide Real Estate services for the Sellers and Buyers of Single family homes, Townhomes, Condos and small Acreages in the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area; specializing in Surrey, Cloverdale, Whiterock, Langley and North Delta. Quite often my clients ask me to help them with their real estate ventures outside of these specific areas as well which I am happy to do;  I have helped many clients buy and sell properties anywhere from Vancouver to Chilliwack and everywhere in between... even made the odd trip to the Okanagan!  If you prefer to work with an agent outside my areas of expertise, I am happy to offer an excellent referral service to ensure you are put in touch with a Realtor who will provide you with great service as well.
